Job Summary/Purpose
Manages all large distribution construction projects in the state with company and contractor resources. Manageworkload resources and budgets. Support employees with internal company applications knowledge of companyprocedures/standards pre-design pre- construction meetings engineering drawings job site inspectionsassessing/resolving unforeseen conditions during construction overseeing that work conforms with currentcontracts construction standards and a Safe work environment. Manage distribution contract and bid process tosupport the safest and most cost effective contractors on the property.

Minimum Requirements
Minimum education required of the position
Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
Minimum experience required of the position
3 year operational supervisory/management experience with a degree or 6 years operational supervisory and/ormanagement experience without a degree.
Minimum knowledge skills and abilities required of the position
Experience in managing/executing capital and/or O&M projects; Thorough understanding of proceduresprograms and standards; Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;Strong analysis and problem solving skills; Excellent verbal and written communications skills; Self-starterindependent worker self-motivator; Strong computer skills.
