I. Job Summary
Directs the efforts of a team in the design development implementation and support of various information technology/systems applications and/or projects.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform the essential duties satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned and may vary by department.
III. Supervisory Responsibilities
The highest level of supervisory skills required in this job is management of supervisory employees. This includes:
- Direct supervision of full-time employees including team leads and individual contributors.

Advanced knowledge or skills in one or more of the following is required:
- Demonstrate a customer-service centered service delivery approach.
- Knowledge of database analysis design and maintenance.
- Understanding of TCP/IP networking environments
- Windows Operating Systems.
- Ability to present communicate and articulate effectively to technical and non-technical personnel vendors and Senior Leadership.
- Understands infrastructure elements including performance and tuning considerations.
- Backup and recovery experience.
- Knowledge of disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
- Understanding of SQL Reporting and Analysis services.
- Understanding of SSIS Windows OS and other relational database systems.
- Project Management skills and experience leading a project team.
- Ability to build relationships with peers and customers
- Proficiency of backup or monitoring tools.
