ABOUT THIS ROLE:
As the Human Resources Manager you will oversee a team of HR professionals and take operational responsibility for assigned core human resources activities. This role requires a hands-on generalist with supervisory experience and a proven track record in team development and managing change initiatives.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or G.E.D. and seven (7) years of related human resources experience.

SCHEDULE:
Typical work schedule is Monday - Friday 8:00am 4:00pm (37.5 hours).
HIRING RANGE:
$91162.50 to $121836.00Annually (Minimum to Midpoint)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Positions in this class typically require reaching standing walking talking hearing seeing and repetitive motions. May also require exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift carry push pull or otherwise move objects including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met
