Ideal candidates will thrive working with clients in a consultative capacity and will have experience gathering business requirements for Federal government clients for technical teams building Salesforce systems.
As aSenior Business Analystyou will lead the collection capture and management of mission user needs from prioritization concept development and feature writing to support development and deployment of Salesforce systems. Provide expertise in business process and system analysis design improvement and implementation efforts and in translating business process needs into technical requirements. Provide expertise in change management and training support. Provide organizational and strategic planning for a wide variety of technical and functional environments. Provide expertise in but not limited to Configuration Management Strategic Planning Knowledge Management Business Analysis and Technical Analysis.

Steampunk relies on several factors to determine salary including but not limited to geographic location contractual requirements education knowledge skills competencies and experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $125000 to $140000. The estimate displayed represents a typical annual salary range for this position.
