Job Title: Graphic Designer (FTC 24 Months)

Locations: At IOSH we embrace hybrid working because we believe its the key to achieving work-life balance strategic success and fostering our collaborative culture. Youll be required to work from our head office in Wigston Leicester a minimum of two days per week. The remainder of your working hours will be undertaken from home.

Starting salary: 25500 - 36000 per annum

Hours per week: 35

About the role

As a Graphic Designer at IOSH youll play a pivotal role in bringing our brand to life across print digital exhibition and social media platforms. From concept to delivery youll create visually striking and original content that resonates with our audiences and reinforces our brand identity.

Youll use your extensive knowledge of design principles and production processes to quality-control externally produced materials ensuring every output meets our high standards. Working within IOSHs established visual identity and brand guidelines youll develop a wide range of creative assets from promotional materials and social media graphics to videos animations and photography.

In this fast-paced role youll manage multiple projects with precision meeting tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Youll collaborate closely with colleagues across departments contributing to Brand team meetings and supporting the expansion of our brand based on stakeholder feedback and research.

Your enthusiasm and drive will be key in identifying opportunities to increase brand reach and recognition. Youll think creatively to challenge briefs and propose innovative concepts while proactively suggesting new design trends and efficient ways of working.

Youre a creative powerhouse with a passion for producing high-quality visually compelling design work across a variety of communication channels. You thrive in fast-paced environments confidently managing multiple projects while adhering to brand guidelines and meeting tight deadlines.

Your innovative mindset means youre always looking for ways to push the boundaries of a brief bringing fresh ideas and bold thinking to every stage of the design process from concept to execution. Youre a natural collaborator working closely with colleagues and clients to ensure every project meets its objectives and exceeds expectations.

Beyond your design skills you take pride in your professional responsibilities. You actively contribute to a safe and healthy working environment treat everyone with dignity and respect and consistently demonstrate values aligned with IOSH principles. Essential Criteria

1. Degree in graphic design/creative equivalent or relevant/equivalent demonstrable experience in a creative environment

2. Proven experience of working in a graphic studio/agency or creative environment

3. Working across a wide range of design activities in a variety of sectors

4. Proven experience in photography videography animation and editing

5. Good knowledge and understanding of publishing and graphics software
