  • Location: New Hampshire
  • Employment Type: Full-time
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Age group: Elementary Middle and High School
  • Total hours per week: 3540 hours
  • Duration of Contract: School Year
Bonuses

Qualifications
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Social Work (MSW preferred)
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state
  • Experience working with children adolescents and families in an educational or clinical setting
  • Strong understanding of child development mental health trauma-informed care and crisis intervention
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including teachers administrators and behavior specialists
  • Empathy cultural sensitivity and a commitment to equity and inclusion
Responsibilities
  • Provide counseling and support services to students facing social emotional or behavioral challenges
  • Conduct assessments and develop intervention plans tailored to individual student needs
  • Serve as a liaison between school families and community resources
  • Assist in crisis situations and facilitate referrals to outside services when needed
  • Collaborate with staff to support student success in both academic and personal development
  • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold ethical and confidentiality standards
