This position will support important financial service industry customers in East China. Representing customers are: Top Securities Companies Top FinTech Companies and Top FSI ISVs.

Key job responsibilities
As a Solutions Architect within Amazon Web Services (AWS) you will have the opportunity to help shape and deliver on a strategy to build mind share and broad use of Amazons utility services including container modern application networking database and big data etc) within enterprise accounts.
Your broad responsibilities will include: owning the technical engagement and ultimate success around specific implementation projects and developing a deep expertise in the AWS technologies as well as broad know-how around how applications and services are constructed using the AWS platform.
The ideal candidate will posses customer facing skills that will allow them to represent Amazon well within a customers environment and drive discussions with senior personnel within the company as well as a technical background that enables them to easily interact and give guidance to software developers and architects. You should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business product and technical challenges.

A day in the life
Serve as a key technical owner of the Business Development team in helping to ensure customer success in building applications and services on the AWS platform.
Scope each customer engagement with attention towards clear and well-defined objectives and success criteria.
Own each technical engagement capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the solution architect community.
Understand the AWS market segments customer base and industry verticals.

- 5 years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development cloud computing systems engineering infrastructure security networking data & analytics) experience
- 5 years of infrastructure architecture database architecture and networking experience
- Knowledge of cloud architecture
- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify the value cloud computing brings to customers.
- Excellent technical proficiency capable of developing practical cloud migration strategies and solutions and delving into technical details.

- Extensive experience in technical architecture design and optimization as well as enterprise customer service (preferably in the financial service industry).
- Familiarity with two or more common technology domains such as virtualization storage databases networking security big data machine learning containers DevOps CI/CD microservices architecture.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language: Java C C C# Python Golang Rust etc.
- Experience in building workloads related to the financial industry such as securities trading systems quantitative factor mining quantitative backtesting payment gateways.
- Background in software development is preferred.
- Familiarity with common ISVs in the financial service industry is preferred.
- Financial industry certifications (such as CFA FRM) are preferred.
