Job Description
Job Title: Sales Manager Club Pilates
Locations: Bluffton South Carolina and Hilton Head Island South Carolina (Two Roles Available)
Job Type: Full Time (Flexible Schedule Required In Studio Only)
Compensation: Fifty thousand dollars base salary plus uncapped commission
Total Compensation Potential: Seventy five thousand dollars or more for strong performers

Club Pilates is the largest network of Pilates studios worldwide offering a modernized approach to classical reformer based Pilates. Our mission is to help members move better feel better and live healthier through high quality instruction and a welcoming community. We are expanding our team with two Sales Manager positions to lead membership growth and studio success in Bluffton and Hilton Head Island.
What You Will Do
Sales and Membership Growth

Exceed monthly membership sales goals through walk ins outbound calls and consultations

Deliver studio tours and confidently guide prospects through the full sales cycle

Track leads conversions and follow ups using CRM tools
Studio Leadership and Operations

Work independently inside the studio to ensure daily operations run smoothly

Partner with the Studio Owner to implement sales strategies and promotions

Maintain a clean welcoming and energized studio environment
Community Engagement

Build relationships with local businesses gyms and wellness partners

Represent Club Pilates at community events health fairs and in studio functions
What We Are Looking For

Proven experience in fitness or membership sales with a track record of hitting and exceeding targets

Leadership ability with the capability to inspire and direct part time team members

Self starter who thrives when working independently

Comfortable engaging with multiple personalities and adapting communication style

Passion for fitness wellness and creating a positive member experience

Flexible availability to work full time inside the studio
