POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated professional with experience in customer account management customer service or inside sales. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational and interpersonal skills along with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced this role you will serve as a key liaison between customers sales and internal teams ensuring accurate order management and exceptional customer satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Function as primary point of contact for customer account management
  • Manage new customer account set-up and maintain accurate records
  • Review confirm and process customer purchase orders in NetSuite
  • Verify pricing and delivery dates and provide timely order acknowledgements
  • Manage inbound calls and also proactively conduct outbound calls to discuss future orders
  • Communicate order and delivery status updates escalating issues as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Purchasing Planning and Shipping to ensure order accuracy and on-time fulfillment
  • Provide customer with certificates proof of delivery and other required documentation
  • Track delivered orders and resolve discrepancies including providing Proof of Delivery when requested
  • Prioritize and communicate daily shipping needs with the Shipping Team
  • Support sales team requests for inventory updates and sample orders
  • Ensure time completion of all orders while supporting company revenue goals
  • Represent the company with professional and positive communication across all levels of the organization

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years experience in a customer service or account management role; medical device industry experience a plus
  • Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems
  • Strong MS Office skills particularly Excel
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines with flexibility for occasional overtime
  • Highly organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
  • Positive motivated attitude with a willingness to grow and learn

PREFERRED SKILLSET:

  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • NetSuite experience
