Job Description
Our client a leading national law firm is seeking a Public Finance Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate will bring 1 to 3 years (ONLY) of general finance or transactional experience gained at a bank large law firm or mid-sized firm.
Key Responsibilities & Desired Experience:
- Draft and review financing documents conduct legal research and prepare memoranda.
- Support transactional matters with a focus on public finance including municipal derivatives and bond issues.
- Communicate directly with clients and contribute to managing fast-paced transactions.
Qualifications:
- J.D. and admission to the Bar in good standing.
- Strong academic credentials and superior writing analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while delivering exceptional client service.
- Professional presence adaptability and openness to feedback in a collaborative environment.
