Represent the organization at industry events and conduct on-site facility tours as needed

Required Skills and Experience:
Associates degree or higher in a scientific field (such as Biology Chemistry Physics or related discipline)
At least 3 years of experience in customer service with a focus on written communication
Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Proficient with computers including working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English with attention to detail in documentation
Basic understanding of algebra and geometry
Familiarity with professional communication and business etiquette
