Job Description
Responsibility :
- Provide strategic oversight and direction to ensure that the companys operations are conducted in alignment with its established policies strategies and business plans.
- Formulate the companys vision strategic objectives corporate policies and operational plans to drive sustainable growth and long-term success.
- Design and continuously refine the organizational and managerial structure to ensure alignment with corporate strategies and adaptability to the industrys competitive landscape.
- Establish future investment directions in accordance with the companys strategic goals ensuring alignment with projected returns and value creation.
- Demonstrate exemplary leadership and uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and professional integrity in accordance with the companys code of business ethics.
Qualification:
- Age preferably 40-50 years
- Bachelors degree or higher in Business Administration Accounting Economics Political Science Medicine or other related fields
- At least 10 years experience in senior management roles (experience in healthcare or medical business is an advantage)
- High level of professionalism confidentiality and initiative
- Strong financial acumen with a track record of driving profitability and growth.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to innovate and adapt to market changes.
- Committed to corporate governance and business ethic
- English communication is a must
