Job Summary

Were building something new at Nimber and you could be leading it.

Nimber is a boutique tech consultancy based in Lisbon delivering solutions for critical and regulated environments. Now were creating a brand new AI-powered outsourcing division and were looking for someone bold enough to build it from the ground up.

What youll do

Lead and shape our AI-driven service offering
Design the strategy processes and service portfolio for this new business line
Work directly with top-tier clients (including banking payments and tech) to deliver high-impact AI use cases
Recruit and mentor a team of tech consultants and AI specialists
Be the face of Nimbers AI transformation in the market

What were looking for

Proven experience in IT consulting or managed services
Hands-on knowledge of AI solutions (automation copilots LLMs RPA ML models)
Strong leadership and business development skills
Ability to work in English
Entrepreneurial mindset this is a build from scratch role
