Remote German & English Customer Service Braga 2000 Welcome Bonus
Start Date: 4 September 2025
Location: Remote (from Portugal)
Relocation offered for candidates from abroad and open to residents across mainland Portugal
Work Schedule:
Monday to Sunday: 24/7 (rotating shifts)
Days off: 2 rotating days
Job Description:
We are seeking fluent German speakers with English skills to join our remote customer service team. You will handle customer inquiries via phone chat and email providing professional support and ensuring smooth resolutions. Full training is provided making this a great opportunity to build a stable long-term career from home in Portugal.
Requirements:

Native or C2-level German (spoken & written)

English B2 or higher

Customer service mindset with problem-solving skills

EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit
