Job Title: QA Test Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced QA Test Engineer with strong expertise in Selenium to join our remote team in Mexico. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing developing and executing automated test scripts collaborating with agile teams and ensuring high-quality software delivery across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Design develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium.
Collaborate with developers Product Owners and Scrum Teams to define and validate acceptance criteria.
Perform functional integration regression and end-to-end testing for web-based applications.
Monitor and support continuous integration and test automation pipelines.
Create and maintain test documentation ensuring completeness and traceability.
Report defects analyze root causes and work closely with teams for resolutions.
Execute manual testing when required.
Qualifications & Skills:
6-8 years of QA testing experience with strong focus on Selenium automation.
Solid understanding of SDLC STLC CI/CD and agile methodologies.
Experience with tools such as Jira Rally or Azure DevOps.
Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
Excellent communication skills in Spanish (spoken) and English (preferred).
