What Youll Be Doing:
Manage the APQP process to ensure quality requirements are met from design to production
Define and manage comprehensive quality plans for new products
Conduct risk assessments and lead PFMEA to predict and mitigate failures
Use advanced quality tools such as SPC MSA and capability studies (PPK CPK)
Oversee prototype evaluations and pilot runs before full production
Ensure compliance with product safety standards (ISO 26262) technical cleanliness (ISO 16232/VDA19.1) and VDA 6.3 audits
Support project launches for OEMs like Ford GM and Stellantis
What Were Looking For:
Bachelors degree in Engineering or Quality Management
Minimum 45 years of experience in a quality engineering role preferably automotive
Strong knowledge of APQP PPAP FMEA and core quality tools
Experience with IATF 16949 standards
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
