Catalog Manager (Balkan Region)

Reports to: Catalog Team Lead
Location: Remote (Balkan Region Preferred)
Working Hours: 6:00 AM 2:00 PM EST.
About the Role
We are seeking a Catalog Manager to take ownership of 1000 ASINs across multiple product lines. This role is highly hands-on and requires strong attention to detail in catalog management ongoing optimization and performance tracking. You will monitor conversion rates rankings and TACOS while applying structured processes and training provided by the company.

Catalog Operations
- Manage monitor and optimize 1000 ASINs on Amazon.
- Execute catalog updates maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Ensure listings comply with Amazons requirements and best practices.
Performance Optimization
- Track conversion rates rankings and overall sales performance.
- Use the provided tracker sheets to monitor TACOS and key performance metrics.
- Implement improvements to boost product visibility and sales.
Process Execution
- Follow structured training resources to ensure catalog consistency.
- Maintain detailed catalog documentation and update logs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align catalog performance with overall business goals.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven track record managing Amazon catalogs at scale.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret conversion metrics TACOS and ranking data.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfort working with spreadsheets and performance trackers.
- Independence: Ability to work autonomously while following established processes.
- Communication: Excellent written and spoken English.
