Job Description
Work Schedule: Any 5 days working 9 hours between 8 AM 9 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver structured training sessions to Vehicle Safety Operators.
Ensure trainees gain complete knowledge of Japan driving laws road safety and compliance.
Conduct assessments feedback sessions and refresher trainings as required.
Collaborate with operations teams to maintain training effectiveness.
Must Have:
Prior training experience in a BPO or formal teaching experience.
Strong communication and facilitation skills.
Clean Driving License with knowledge of Japan driving laws (driving test to be cleared cost borne by Client).
