Job Summary
Are you fluent in Italian and looking for a rewarding job in a fantastic city Were hiring for a Content Moderator to join our team in Lisbon Portugal. This is an on-site full-time position where youll help a major social media platform maintain a safe and positive community for its users.
While previous experience is a plus its not required. Well provide full training to make sure youre ready for the job.
About the Role
Youll be part of a team dedicated to reviewing and moderating user-generated content for one of the worlds most popular video-sharing apps. Your main goal is to ensure all content follows the platforms guidelines and community standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing Content: You will check a large volume of content in Italianincluding videos comments and profilesto make sure it meets company policies.
- Enforcing Rules: Youll identify and take action on inappropriate material such as hate speech misinformation or other policy violations.
- Teamwork: You will collaborate with your colleagues to handle complex cases and contribute to a supportive work environment.
What Were Looking For
- Italian Fluency: You must have native-level or C2 fluency in Italian both spoken and written.
- English Proficiency: Youll need at least a B2 level of English to communicate with your team and participate in training.
- Attention to Detail: You must be sharp and precise able to spot even minor policy violations quickly.
- Resilience: You should be able to handle sensitive or disturbing content professionally and discreetly.
- Adaptability: The ability to learn new tools and policies quickly is essential.
