Scope of the Role
These roles will support the rollout migration troubleshooting and adoption of Office 365 for a large user base while providing on-site handholding user training and technical assistance to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications
3-4 years of experience in Office 365 support migrations and end-user assistance
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications troubleshooting and user training
Experience in data migration (SharePoint/OneDrive) and KPI/adoption reporting
Ability to deliver on-site technical support and user handholding
Immediate to 45 days notice period availability.
