Job Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone email and chat.
Provide assistance troubleshooting and solutions for customer issues.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up when necessary.
Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality support.
Follow company guidelines and policies to maintain customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Fluent Czech (written and spoken) & good English communication skills.
EU citizenship OR valid work permit (full-purpose specific-purpose or refugee protection certificate).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
No previous experience needed entry-level candidates are welcome!
