Job Description

THERE IS NO PERMANENT ACCOMMODATION PROVIDED.

Locations: Bulgaria Greece or Portugal.

Work Model: On-site

Required Languages: French English


About the Role:

We are hiring a French-speaking Customer Service Representative to relocate and support an international brand abroad! We are looking for individuals who excel in communication and problem-solving and who have a strong work ethic to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:

1. Provide high-quality customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone email and chat.

2. Assist customers with inquiries regarding products orders services billing and technical issues.

3. Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal departments when necessary.


Requirements:

1. Fluency in French and English.

2. Customer-focused with a positive empathetic and professional attitude.

3. Basic computer literacy and comfortable with CRM systems or support tools.
