Are you fluent in Croatian and ready to play a key role in shaping tomorrows AI technologies
We are looking for a Croatian-speaking AI Prompt Evaluator to join our on-site team in Essen Germany.
In this position you will work in a structured international environment where precision and creativity meet. You will be responsible for creating editing and evaluating written prompts that improve the way AI understands and communicates.
Requirements (must-have):

Bachelors degree.

Fluency in Croatian (project language).

C1 level English proficiency (written and spoken).

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow style guidelines.

Comfortable working with diverse topics including challenging or controversial ones.
Your main responsibilities will include:

Researching writing and editing short-form prompts in Croatian with high factual accuracy.

Developing smooth conversation flows that ensure logical user interactions.

Reviewing AI-generated responses for style compliance and natural tone.

Supporting improvements in dialogue systems across diverse and sometimes challenging topics.

Ensuring that every piece of content resonates with the target audience while meeting quality standards.
