Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and execution of pricing and revenue management strategies to maximize profitable revenue.
- Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies define customer value propositions assess willingness to pay (WTP) and set optimal pricing targets.
- Use modeling analytics and econometrics to inform pricing decisions for products and services.
- Partner closely with senior leaders across Business Units and collaborate with key functions including Sales Finance Supply Chain Strategy and Marketing.
- Embed competitive insights into the North America pricing strategy and ensure alignment with broader business objectives.
- Serve as a strategic advisor on pricing using it as a lever to support the organizations overall goals and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in pricing revenue management or commercial finance leadership roles.
- Strong analytical background with expertise in econometrics pricing models and value-based pricing.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset with a track record of delivering measurable business impact through pricing initiatives.
Key Measures:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive pricing strategy that delivers cumulative pricing impact as part of CHEPs multi-year transformation plan.
- Drive continuous improvement in Profit in alignment with CHEPs long-term financial goals.
- Achieve revenue and profit contribution targets in collaboration with commercial and cross-functional teams.
- Optimize customer retention and volume growth through elasticity modeling and segmentation strategies.
- Establish standardized pricing strategies and models for both existing and new products and services.
- Provide regular updates to executive leadership on pricing and profitability initiatives supported by analytics and actionable recommendations to ensure revenue and margin objectives are met.
- Lead pricing initiatives that promote consistent margin optimization and deploy scalable pricing tools/programs across the organization.
- Integrate competitive intelligence and apply game theory and scenario planning to proactively identify risks and opportunities and define strategic action plans.
