Primary Responsibilities:
TSP has an exciting opportunity for an Interior Architectural Designer who is energetic highly creative and technically skilled. This position is responsible for the interior architectural design including but not limited to space planning developing architectural floor plans from the interior face of exterior walls inward and selecting interior finish materials and related assemblies. You will be part of an integrated design team to develop design solutions meeting the project vision function and technical requirements.

Specific Duties:
- Contribute to the development of preliminary design concepts through drawings specifications and renderings.
- Investigate alternative design options throughout the design process.
- Assemble a construction drawing set including floor plans elevations building sections wall details etc.
- Prepare construction documents and technical interior architectural details
- Simultaneously manage multiple project deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Participate in the interview/proposal process to secure new business.
- Work both independently and collaborative in a cross-disciplinary team atmosphere with team members in multiple offices.
- Engage with consultants contractors and reps to meet overall project goals schedules and budgets
- Select finishes and assist in lighting selections
- Develop FF&E packages and write furniture specifications.

Education/Experience Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Interior Design Architecture or related field
- 3 years of Interior Design experience preferred
- Proficiency in Revit Bluebeam Revu Photoshop InDesign and MS Office
- Experience with rendering software: SketchUp Enscape TwinMotion or other
