Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Guest Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming and comfortable stay for our guests by ensuring guest rooms are cleaned sanitized and maintained to the highest standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and service guest rooms including making beds changing linens dusting vacuuming and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Replenish guest room supplies such as toiletries towels and amenities.
- Ensure guest rooms and corridors are clean safe and well-maintained.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and provide excellent service with professionalism.
- Report any maintenance issues damages or missing items to the appropriate department.
- Follow all hotel policies health safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Support team members and contribute to a positive team-focused work environment.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Ability to work independently manage time efficiently and take initiative
- Physically able to lift push and carry up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Dependable courteous and professional demeanor
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
