Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Guest Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming and comfortable stay for our guests by ensuring guest rooms are cleaned sanitized and maintained to the highest standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Thoroughly clean and service guest rooms including making beds changing linens dusting vacuuming and sanitizing bathrooms.
Replenish guest room supplies such as toiletries towels and amenities.
Ensure guest rooms and corridors are clean safe and well-maintained.
Respond promptly to guest requests and provide excellent service with professionalism.
Report any maintenance issues damages or missing items to the appropriate department.
Follow all hotel policies health safety and sanitation guidelines.
Support team members and contribute to a positive team-focused work environment.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel environment preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
Ability to work independently manage time efficiently and take initiative
Physically able to lift push and carry up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods
Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
Dependable courteous and professional demeanor
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
