Job Description
A busy orthodontic practice located in Murrells Inlet SC is seeking an Orthodontist. This fully digital practice features four operatories and includes a digital Pano and Ceph. Currently the practice operates with 85% FFS and 15% PPO patient base. Hours per Todd:
Wednesday Thursday with occ Friday. Would love to have three full days plus occ Friday.
Current provider (part-time) is leaving. Solo provider office. Replacement will be still be considered part-time.
Ideal candidate will be team focused and comfortable taking over active cases.
Shares a space with a general dentist office - Murrells Inlet Dental Group. Both have room to expand.
# of ops is unknown. (At least 4 ops/bays based on schedule)
Current provider is part-time - manages 3-4 columns.
Each column has an assistant and op/chair.
15-18 starts per month.
300 current active cases.
Cloud 9 software.
Digital X-rays Pano Ceph (no CBCT).
FFS/PPO no medicaid. Patients typically pay out of pocket and submit their own dental claims.
Compensation: % of collections. Daily rate can be considered. No bonus for same day starts.
Limited benefits due to part-time.
No lab fees.
Paid Malpractice.
Can contribute to 401K - no match.
Partnership not offered.
