About the Role
As a CNA or Caregiver you will provide hands-on personal care and attention to residents supporting their physical emotional social and spiritual needs. You will play an important role in enhancing quality of life for the elderly while working in a supportive environment that values empathy respect and long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
For CNAs:

Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing dressing and dining.

Take and record vital signs such as temperature pulse respiration blood pressure and weight.

Keep resident rooms beds and belongings neat and clean.

Accompany and escort residents to activities dining and beauty/barber appointments.

Complete daily patient flow sheet notes and observations.

Provide ongoing support to understand residents physical mental and spiritual needs.
For Caregivers:

Provide personal care and assistance in daily living activities hygiene and medical needs.

Engage with residents one-on-one supporting their physical social emotional and spiritual well-being.

Gain and apply knowledge of nursing practices equipment and procedures in elderly care.
Requirements
