Pay: $275000.00 - $375000.00 per year
Job description:
Note: This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at our clients Los Angeles office.
Note: You must have at least 10 years of experience in real estate transactional law. If you do not meet this requirement please do not schedule a call.

Job Description
- Handle complex real estate transactions involving commercial mixed-use and high-value properties
- Advise clients on acquisitions dispositions leasing development and financing
- Negotiate and draft purchase and sale agreements leases easements and related contracts
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff in a collegial high-performance environment
- Cultivate and grow client relationships with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Meet expectations consistent with partner-level responsibilities and contributions
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate transactional law
- Extensive experience with California real estate law and commercial real estate matters
- Active license to practice law in California
- Strong client management drafting and negotiation skills
- A portable book of business is highly preferred but not required
