Job Description
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Management or related field.
- 8 years of experience in operations management including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of administrative processes compliance and organizational systems.
- Excellent leadership problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end operational activities and ensure smooth execution of processes.
- Develop and implement policies procedures and operational strategies to improve efficiency.
- Manage administrative functions including facilities procurement compliance and resource allocation.
- Monitor budgets control costs and ensure optimal utilization of resources.
- Lead mentor and evaluate teams to enhance productivity and performance.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements health & safety standards and organizational policies.
- Coordinate with senior management for strategic planning and execution of growth initiatives.
- Resolve operational challenges and implement solutions for continuous improvement.
- Maintain effective communication across all departments for seamless workflow.
