Work Experience:
- At least 1 year of coaching or team leadership experience in a sales environment preferably within a call center setting
- Experience managing KPIs related to sales quotas across various products
- Strong objection handling skills
- Negotiation skills
- Familiarity with Sales CRM QA tools and Excel dashboards
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with agents focusing on closing techniques objection handling and script adherence
- Coordinate with the Sales Manager and Team Leads to align coaching efforts with overall business goals
- Ensure compliance with client-approved scripts legal disclosures and quality standards
- Review and analyze daily and weekly performance reports to identify areas for improvement
