Position: Team Manager - SDR (Taguig) Onsite
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Taguig / Fully Onsite
Schedule: Dayshift (9 AM - 6 PM)
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in computer navigation and multitasking.
- Basic familiarity with operating systems.
- Working knowledge of cybersecurity technologies networking or system administration.
- At least 2 years of experience managing a team of technical sales representatives (preferably in a technical or SaaS environment).
- Familiarity with data analysis basics; intermediate proficiency in MS Office applications especially Word Excel and PowerPoint for strategic planning and business reviews.
- Experience in leading a sales team within a SaaS setting.
- Bachelors degree or Associate Degree preferred but not mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Inbound Lead Generation: Follow up on inbound sales inquiries to create new sales opportunities and build the sales pipeline. Activities include but are not limited to:
- Prospecting: Identifying potential Tenable clients through various inbound channels such as product evaluation requests demo requests contact forms webinars live chat content downloads etc. Utilize tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify additional relevant stakeholders to include in the sales process.
- Lead Qualification: Engage with prospects via phone email and digital channels to understand their cybersecurity needs challenges and upcoming or ongoing projects related to cybersecurity solutions. Nurture leads through regular follow-ups until they are ready to engage with the sales team.
- Qualification Criteria: Use Tenables SDR-specific criteria to determine if a lead is qualified and a good fit for the companys solutions.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings or product demos between qualified leads and the sales team.
- CRM Management:
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with leads within the CRM system.
- Track lead progress through the sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-ups and updates.
- Collaboration with Sales Team:
- Provide feedback on lead quality and market insights.
- Work closely with sales to align outreach strategies and target markets.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills; convey messages clearly professionally and constructively.
