- Provide excellent customer support to Dutch -speaking clients via phone email and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to products services and technical issues.
- Ensure all customer issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate clearly and effectively to address customer concerns and provide solutions.
- Record customer interactions in the CRM system for follow-up and reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with colleagues and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and contribute to team goals.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken).
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Motivated eager to learn and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience is not required making this an ideal opportunity for entry-level candidates.
- Basic technical aptitude and willingness to learn new systems and tools.
