Job Description

Partnerships Manager

We are seeking a Partnerships Manager to join our fast-growing this role you will drive business growth by identifying negotiating and securing strategic partnerships with gaming providers and affiliates for the leading operators in North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with gaming providers and affiliates to expand our portfolio and reach.
  • Build and maintain strong long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders including gaming providers affiliates and industry influencers.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements ensuring alignment with company goals and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing product and operations) to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnership initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze partnership performance providing regular reports and insights to optimize outcomes.
  • Stay updated on iGaming industry trends competitor activities and emerging opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences trade shows and networking events (6-8 trips per year).
  • Support the Chief Commercial Officer in developing and executing the overall commercial strategy.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development partnerships or account management preferably in the iGaming industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close partnership deals.
  • Knowledge of the iGaming industry including gaming providers affiliates and market dynamics (preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced in-office environment.
  • Willingness to travel 6-8 times per year for industry events and partner meetings.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in reporting and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Preferred Skills
  • Existing network of contacts within the iGaming industry.
  • Experience working with affiliate marketing programs or gaming provider integrations.
  • Familiarity with North American iGaming regulations and compliance requirements.
