QUALIFICATIONS:
1. High school diploma or GED equivalent.
2. Ability to prioritize organize multi-task numerous complex administrative activities work collaboratively and manage time.
3. Proficient in Windows Microsoft Suite Outlook 365 Google Drive; skilled in the use of graphics charts tables spreadsheets and word processing.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a pleasant telephone personality.
5. Experience with bookkeeping preferred.
6. Preference will be given to District Employees.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

3. Process purchase orders secure quotes for bids maintain ledger sheets (using Excel/Google Sheets) and inventory of assets and curriculum materials.
4. Assemble materials for various district-level meetings training events and activities and prepare all associated documents.
5. Set up and process staff development trainings through the preferred Learning Management System.
6. Serve as a liaison between coordinators parents teachers vendors etc. Manage a high volume of associated phone calls.
7. Maintain a system for check out and distribution of assets and curriculum materials.
8. Order supplies using the computerized distribution requisition form.
9. Set up and maintain budgets; process time sheets mileage forms and submit monthly reports with backup.
