What You Will Do:
- Assist with managing building systems including HVAC plumbing electrical refrigeration and water treatment
- Help plan and evaluate preventive maintenance schedules
- Conduct room and equipment inspections and identify repair needs
- Ensure team members have needed tools and supplies through approved platforms
- Coach and support maintenance associates in alignment with Atriums Core Values
- Assist with scheduling vendor proposals and hands-on repair work
What We Are Looking For:
- 1 year of maintenance or engineering experience required
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- HVAC electrical or plumbing certification preferred
- Strong troubleshooting organizational and communication skills
- Willingness to lead by example and complete technician-level tasks as needed
