Job Description

We are looking for a driven Project Engineer with a focus on land development to join our civil engineering this role you will support and lead the technical design and coordination of site development projects for residential commercial and mixed-use developments. This position involves working closely with project managers clients and local agencies to bring projects from concept through construction.

This role is fully onsite
Salary: $60-70k/yr

Responsibilities:

    • Prepare site civil engineering designs including grading drainage utilities stormwater management and erosion control for land development projects.
    • Produce detailed construction documents site plans and technical specifications using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
    • Support project managers with the coordination of internal design teams and external consultants.
    • Conduct due diligence research zoning/code reviews and site feasibility studies.
    • Assist in preparing permit applications and support approvals from local state and federal agencies.
    • Perform hydrologic and hydraulic analyses and design stormwater systems in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

    • Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
    • Land development experience in classroom internship or professional setting
    • AutoCAD and MS Office experience
$60000 - $70000 a year
