Key job responsibilities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Drive future service delivery and product strategies working closely with AI scientists engineering design and operational teams Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from conception through launch and post-launch optimization Develop and maintain service/ product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and customer needs Lead cross-functional teams through periods of transformation and change Navigate complex organizational dynamics Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of future services and products Identify and assess opportunities for service & product innovation and improvement Manage dependencies across teams and drive execution of complex technical initiatives Champion the adoption of emerging technologies particularly in AI and machine learning
- Bachelors degree - 10 years of end to end product delivery experience - 10 years of product or program management product marketing business development or technology experience - 10 years of technical product or program management experience - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements - Experience in project management methodologies business analysis or process improvement
