Psych Certified Nurse Aide (CNA)
Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Location: Warm Springs MT
Short Description
Seeking experienced CNAs or BHTs for evening shift coverage at MSH. Candidates must be skilled in adult psych care de-escalation techniques and comfortable working in a float pool environment.

Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs) and Behavioral Health Techs (BHTs) support residents with daily living activities and behavioral health needs.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting residents with hygiene needs (bathing oral care dressing).
- Performing health-related tasks such as taking vitals recording data collecting specimens and responding to emergencies.
- Supporting behavioral health patients in crisis using de-escalation techniques.
- Transporting residents to appointments and providing assistance as needed.
- Collaborating with staff to ensure a safe therapeutic environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Montana CNA certification (required).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an adult psych facility.
- CPI certification - highly desired.
- 1 year travel contract experience preferred.
- BLS certification (required).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to observe record and report patient conditions accurately.

- Comfortable working in a float pool
- Highly skilled in de-escalation techniques
- Compassionate reliable and able to build constructive relationships
Pay Package Details
13 Weeks
36 Hours Per Week
$10.56 Hourly taxable
$25.00 OT Hourly taxable
$320.00 Meals & Incidentals Per Diem (Tax Free)
$500.00 Lodging Per Diem (Tax Free)
$380.16 Taxable
$820.00 Tax Free
