The Client
Join this well-established firm with offices in Parramatta. They are currently on a growth path in Australia and are looking for someone who would like to grow with them!
The Role
Work closely with the partner and the rest of the team and take responsibility of a client portfolio. The team is supportive and engaging and you will be able to progress further within this team. If you are looking for an opportunity to become a Partner in the future this could be the role for you!
Duties may involve:
- Complete or coordinate the completion/ review of statutory compliance work including the following:
- Financial Statements
- Income tax returns and schedules
- Company secretarial requirements
- Business Activity Statements
- Be responsible for the development of solutions and providing advice
- Analyse clients performance for year-end tax planning
- Review and prepare management accounts
- Oversee more junior staff and review work
The Applicant
- 4 years experience in Business Services & Tax
- University degree in Accounting Finance Commerce or related fields
- CA/CPA qualification or in the process of attaining
- Solid Microsoft Office skills and experience with Xero
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
