The Role

The responsible sales regionJapan

Plan prioritize and execute sales activities in your territory to reach your sales target

Maximize fleet and financial profitability with value based market pricing.

Maintain and develop existing customers and build up sustainable Key Account business
Respond to and follow-up sales enquiries in a timely and professional manner.


Assess the market potential based upon the territory industry sectors and the available fleet mix.
Also assess the market trends and look for new customers and new applications for rental services.

Learn product and technical knowledge not only Oil Free compressor but also other rental products.

Use all available sales tools in a disciplined way to plan and execute your sales activities
and improve your efficiency and sales ratios

Enter and update all information (leads accounts contacts visits opportunities quotations)
timely in R-PSM (ASRs CRM system)
R-PSMCRM
Report the manager timely and suitable

Provide feedback and information on market trends and competitors development

What you can expect from us

Experience in direct sales of industrial equipment or related services: aftermarket rental.

Strong motivation for achieving the sales target

Ability for planning and execution of sales activities. Proactive and good organization skills

Good interpersonal commercial and negotiation skills

Good planning and time/priority management

Good IT user skills (MS Office CRM)PC/IT Driver license

Willing to learn and change

Respect other colleague and managers

Positive sunny and briskly greetings

Cooperativeness with other team member

Technical or Commercial degree or similar via experience.
