Job Description
Were looking for support in our Finance team with a short-term Accounts Receivable Officer role to cover annual leave.
Duration: 9 September to 7 October
Hours: Full-time or close to full-time Monday to Friday (flexible for the right person)
Location: Head Office in Margaret St - easy access to public transport
What youll be doing:
- Managing the inbox and handling enquiries
- Receipting and allocating client payments
- Chasing overdue payments via phone and email
- Generating invoices
What were looking for:
- Administration or customer service experience (Accounts Receivable experience is a bonus but isnt essential)
- Confident in using software to quickly learn systems (We use Xero and CRM)
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Reliable and available for the full assignment
