JOB TITLE:
Club Coordinator - Theatre Company Director
SUMMARY AND PURPOSE:
This position is responsible for all logistics fundraising organization and planning for the Voc Tech Theatre Company.
DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Select productions for students participation
- Secure rights to the shows
- Select students to perform and crew for fall & spring production
- Ensure all students are academically eligible for participation
- Plan and oversee all rehearsals
- Coordinate fundraising
- Hire musical coordinator choreographer sound technician Assistant DirectorAssistant & any other positions needed
- Creation & solicitation for PlayBill
- Ordering & organization of costumes & props
WORKING CONDITIONS:
To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and be willing to work after school evenings and weekends as necessary. Individuals must maintain a professional attitude and appearance.
