Findlay Lexus of Spokane is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our sales staff and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:
- Photograph upload and manage inventory photos for online listings
- Deliver vehicles to customers and provide excellent service during hand-offs
- Assist salespeople and managers with day-to-day operations
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and presentation standards
- Organize and manage vehicle lot flow for easy access and display
- Support test drive coordination and vehicle preparation
- Perform general administrative and dealership support tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Automotive dealership or retail experience is a plus but not required
