Job Description:
We are seeking to fill a Structures & Dynamics role at our Huntsville AL facility. Summer internships will start in approximately May/June and end in August/September.
- Projects will focus around structural analysis of solid rocket motors.
- Tasks will primarily involve the setup and operation of finite element models to determine the loads deflections and stresses/strains all under the supervision of senior engineering staff.
- Majority of analysis will be under static loads with very limited dynamic analysis.
- Prior finite element analysis exposure/experience is a plus but not required.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing a Bachelors in Aerospace Mechanical Civil Engineeringor related field.
