Position Summary:
This position serves as a senior technical resource responsible for designing and maintaining ERP integrations managing data imports and supporting system access and security. The role also acts as a liaison with vendors and provides advanced support to end users contributing to the long-term success and sustainability of the Citys ERP environment. As a key member of the ERP Implementation and Continuity team the incumbent supports the Citys strategic goals by enhancing system functionality streamlining business processes and delivering data-driven solutions.

Responsible For:
Serves as the lead analyst and project leader for ERP-related initiatives.
Oversee project timelines and priorities deliverables and resources to ensure successful implementation and sustainability of ERP projects.
Coordinates with internal teams to support escalated end-user issues and serve as a senior liaison with external vendors to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Contributes to project planning prioritization and software evaluation.
Ensures adherence to development standards and lifecycle management practices.
Designs produces and maintains all ERP systems and project management documentation for projects as required.
Configures ERP systems and business processes to enhance and streamline operations.
Designs and maintains ERP solutions which align with City needs and strategic goals.
Develops specifications for system integrations and enhancements including third-party applications.
Supports data governance by designing secure role-based access and managing data integrity.
Provides technical expertise in generating complex reports as well as resolving user-related issues.
Maintains detailed documentation for ERP systems integrations and project activities.
Transition ERP projects to operational support ensuring sustainability and knowledge transfer.
Collaborates with departments to understand business needs and define system requirements.
Provides expert guidance on business process improvements and system usability as well as ensuring adherence to established standards.
Promotes user adoption through training documentation and ongoing support.
Stays current with emerging technologies and participate in professional development.
Document and audit ERP user access to ensure compliance with least privilege principles
Performs other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
Post-secondary degree in Business Administration Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in IT business process coordination ERP implementation and systems integration.
Experience configuring ERP systems (Workday preferred) and working with SQL and database tools.
Strong understanding of administrative systems and cross-functional business processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Visio SharePoint and project management tools.
Knowledge of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and integration technologies (e.g. APIs XML EDI).
Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI and SharePoint BI is an asset.
Project Management certification (e.g. PMP PRINCE2) is considered an asset.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in documenting systems and processes using a variety of tools and methods.
Ability to set priorities working with multiple users tasks projects and tight deadlines.
