Job Description

Design develop and deploy machine learning and AI models for real-time distributed systems

Collaborate across the product lifecyclefrom ideation to deployment on client sites
Build and optimize data pipelines and contribute to scalable microservice architectures

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 4 years in data science or data-focused software engineering
Proven expertise in deploying ML/AI models in production environments
Strong programming in Python and/or Java plus SQL and database design
Experience with data wrangling feature engineering CI/CD for ML workflows
Bonus: Real-time/event processing (Kafka) distributed systems audio/NLP/LLM/RAG telecoms or signal processing background
Strong communication skills leadership/mentorship ability
Qualification:
Bachelors degree in Data Science Computer Science Engineering Applied Mathematics or a related quantitative field with a focus on data science AI or machine learning
Preferred: Masters degree in a related field
