Clinical Case Assistant

KwaZulu-Natal Remote role (ideally based in Central Durban) R12000 starting (R14000 post-probation) cell phone reimbursement fuel card Working Hours: 8am to 5pm

The Role: Clinical Case Assistant
This role focuses on providing intraoperative clinical support for neurosurgical cases in Durban and surrounding areas. The Clinical Case Assistant will assist with product coverage during surgeries ensure seamless clinical support and work closely with the Natal-based senior representative. The position requires flexibility frequent travel and a strong commitment to supporting surgeons and hospital teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with intraoperative product coverage during neurosurgical cases

  • Provide clinical support and technical guidance on product usage

  • Collaborate with the senior representative to manage case schedules and coverage

  • Travel frequently within Durban and surrounding areas for case support

  • Maintain accurate records and reports on case activities

  • Ensure products are prepared and available for scheduled procedures

  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with hospital staff and surgeons

About You

  • A strong willingness to learn and grow

  • Own reliable car and valid drivers license (non-negotiable)

  • Strong interest in healthcare/medical field ideally with clinical exposure

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Flexible and adaptable with the ability to work late nights and travel frequently

  • Responsible reliable and committed to delivering professional clinical suppor
