Requirements:
- At least 5 years experience working in the property development or construction industry
- Experience working on residential estates or luxury apartments
Responsibilities:
- Understand and implement site technical requirement and project plans
- Supervise daily task ensuring all work is completed accurately on time and to required specifications
- Coordinate and guide site staff subcontractors and workers with clear instructions
- Monitor and enforce health safety and quality control standards
- Manage resources resolve issues on-site and escalates when necessary
