Deputy Head of Creator Growth, Creator Growth

As the Deputy Head of Creator Growth for Vietnam you will be a key leader responsible for architecting and driving the country-level strategy for AnyMinds Creator Growth business. With a profound understanding of the digital media landscape creator economy market trends and competitive dynamics you will identify and capitalize on new high-impact opportunities mitigate systemic risks and embed a culture of innovation and operational excellence. Your mission is to drive the expansion of our creator network accelerate revenue growth across all monetization streams and ensure our strategic objectives are met and exceeded in the dynamic Vietnamese market.

What You Will Do

• Country Strategy & Vision:
• Develop and lead the long-term strategic vision for Creator Growth in Vietnam aligning with regional and global company objectives.
• Oversee and influence the end-to-end strategy for creator acquisition (Engagement) and long-term growth (Development).
• Identify new opportunities for innovation growth and market penetration within the local creator ecosystem.
  
  
• P&L Management & Revenue Growth:
• Take full ownership of the P&L for all Creator Growth revenue streams in Vietnam including AdSense Branded Content/Sponsorships Affiliate Marketing and creator-facing products.
• Develop and execute aggressive strategies to drive significant and sustainable revenue growth.
• Provide accurate forecasting regular performance reporting and strategic insights to regional leadership.
  
  
• Team Leadership & Development:
• Lead manage and mentor the local Creator Growth team including specialists in Creator Development & Engagement and Sales Function.
• Build a world-class high-performance team by setting clear goals fostering a collaborative culture and formally building capabilities across the business unit.
• Serve as an internal mentor and role model for the entire organization making impactful talent decisions that shape the future of the team.
  
  
• Stakeholder & Partner Management:
• Build maintain and own strategic relationships with key creators MCNs platform partners (e.g. YouTube TikTok Meta) and other crucial industry stakeholders in Vietnam.
• Serve as a key advisor and partner to regional leadership on local market trends content evolution and strategic growth opportunities.
• Act as a key representative for AnyMinds creator business in Vietnam enhancing our brand presence and influence.
  
  
• Operational Excellence:
• Address and resolve ambiguous and complex issues that may span across business units within the country.
• Drive innovation in our service offerings incorporating new technologies data science and methodologies to deliver exceptional value to our creators.
• Ensure all operations are efficient scalable and compliant with local regulations and company policies.

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the digital media creator economy or technology industry in Vietnam.
• Strategic Vision: Expert ability to develop and lead a long-term strategic vision driving innovation and tangible business growth.
• Team Management: Expert-level ability to lead build and develop a world-class multi-disciplinary team. You are expected to make impactful talent decisions that shape the future of the organization.
• Executive Influence: Expert ability to advise senior leadership influence cross-functional teams and serve as a key thought leader.
• Business Judgment & Financial Acumen: Advanced-to-expert proficiency in P&L management strategic planning and making sound business judgments in complex situations.
• Deep and comprehensive knowledge of the Vietnamese creator ecosystem including key players trends and platform dynamics.
• Strong network of contacts within the local digital media and creator industry.
• Expertise in data-driven strategy with an advanced understanding of data science and analytics.
• Exceptional communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in both Vietnamese and English.
